Additional information about rental rates

• Weekly rate is for 2-4 occupants. Weekly charge for additional occupants is $70 per week per person.
• SPECIAL OFFER at the moment weekly rate includes for up to 8 guests an to extra charge
  Paypal, transfer, Credit and debit cards accepted. A deposit of $500 is required with booking confirmation. The total balance payable is required 30 days prior to arrival.
•  Electricity  usage is included up to $50 per week, additional usage is $0.15 KWH.
•  All bedding and towels are included. Beach towels are provided
  Security deposit of $500 is required
  There is a cleaning fee of $195.00 and we provide complimentary management services of information and advice during your stay.
  Prices do not include Florida and local taxes of 11% (total)
